A van driver who saw a man running near the Jill Dando murder scene has told us he looked like ruthless assassin Milorad Ulemek. The key witness was driving nearby soon after the Crimewatch host, 37, was shot dead at her home on April 26, 1999. He told police two days later that a man in a dark suit sprinted in front of his Ford Transit without looking on the Fulham Palace Road, in South West London. After seeing our pictures of the Serbian assassin, he said: "He does look like the man I saw." It comes after a female witness told us last year that she was certain she had seen Ulemek sprinting along the same stretch of road at around the same time.
