Jeff my good man, I'll speak to our owner, but our policy is basicly that ranting is ok, so long as other people get to speak. If a line starts to form, we trust the speaker to wrap up. At that point, you'd be more than welcome to wrap up your current point and raise your hand again.

Making sure you break up your points is useful in cutting down the duration of a good rant, one point at a time keeps debate and discussion from getting confusing. It's easier to talk about one thing at a time, after all.

All religions are nothing but different ways for people to hate each other. Chriastianity, Judaism and Islam are the worst in my opinion, but there's no reason to single out Islam. I grew up with Muslims and some of them were the nicest people I've ever known. I think you need to broaden your scope, otherwise you look like a bigot.
