Why "Precision Paragliding"? Simple, the aim is for the highest standard in all aspects of paragliding, this ranges from understanding of the 'How & Why' of the flight of our soft wings, to the human part of the whole aircraft, extensive use of HP&L factor (Human Performance & Limitations) is a core aspect of the training provided.

A constantly expanding libary of video clips & still images from many of the club flying and training days.

Precision Paragliding providing an alternative to the BHPA since the late 90's for BHPA & ex-BHPA pilots wishing to RE-train or new pilot entering the sport who do NOT wish to risk the standards/accident rates produced by 'normal' PG theory, practices & procedures!
Name: Murray
Self taught pilot, been working hard to promote a safer method of training PG pilots since the late 90's, 3,500+ hours safe flying and training, mainly fly modified Nova DHV 2/3 and comp rated wings. Developed a Dual Control system which is fitted to G-BZJI, I fly the only paragliders that are also UK registered aircraft and am authorised to issue ICAO radio callsigns for paragliding in the UK. For the first few years of publication (under the owner/editorship of Sam Gaylord) of Paraglider Magazine the leading US free flight glossy magazine I wrote many of the technical & safety articles, in addition for several years I was a regular on the 'Paraglider Show' in internet radio.

NB. In some of the clips you will hear me refer to 'pressure'/'compression'/'weig ht shift' etc... as the training has evolved over the years some of these terms are no longer used due to the 'english' secondary implications, hence we now refer to brake TENSION rather than 'pressure' (The word "pressure" could be assumed to suggest that by holding the brakes on, so slowing the wing the internal 'pressure' is increased)
