Holiday to Costa Rica 2020. 385 minutes of videos that show the events and wildlife from the holiday. The video of the road transport has been limited. This is a set of videos edited to show the places and atmosphere of a trip to India and Nepal in 2013. It was shot using a Sony A77 SLR camera mainly and handheld. Sometimes I was just holding the camera or resting it so people would not react to being videoed. The editing is mainly as it was shot and long sequences as I think this gives a better idea as to what it was like. The sound recording has been done to add to the feeling of being there. The camera lens was usually 10-20mm although I also had a 18-250mm with me. The mode was full 1080 HD at 50p so the quality is better than can be seen here. Other equipment used was a GoPro Hero 2 and a surround sound digital recorder. The surround sound recordings were made to be used with the photographs taken when not videoing. The photos are 24Mpix raw and jpeg. The total data returned fro this trip was nearly 500Gbytes. The main problem was charging batteries as one charger died!
