UPD: Thank you all very much for your comments, I'm glad to see so many people enjoying the series! =D

I recently got hold of the radio versions of the adventures of Tintin, broadcast back in 1992 on BBC radio 4. They're a bit on the dated side now and not really a patch on the animated series, but I was delighted to find them anyway as I still remember listening to them way back when they came out.

Anyone interested in hearing them? If there's enough requests I'll upload them here as dummy videos with the stories as audio. Leave a comment or PM me if you are interested in them, and if there's enough I'll upload them!

Information about the upcoming Tintin films:

Judging from the casting lists the films are likely to include the Secret of the Unicorn and Red Rackham's Treasure up first. Since there are due to be 3 films back to back, I'm not sure what the third will be though it could be The Crab With the Golden Claws again based on the cast lists.

They're going to make it using CGI, Steven Spielberg and Dreamworks are to be involved so it should be pretty realistic stuff!

Release of the first film is currently due mid-end of 2009 (groan!) But that could change depending on how production/post-production goes.
