The little research i've pu into it, shows that it's the British Securety firm Aegis Security Service emplyees that fimed themselves earlier in Iraq, randomly shooting at Iraqi civilian vehicles.
So yes, there is evidence these were Brtish, either Scottich or Irish accent can be heard inthe video.
Aegis Security Service has also confirmed that it was in fact their employees that filmed the viedeo(es).

I strongly suggest that you rename your video regarding "British war crimes in iraq". It is very clear to anyone watching that they are not british. there is no evidence that they are, which would hard considering they are not.
