Big Brother is the enigmatic dictator of Oceania, a totalitarian state taken to its utmost logical consequence. In the society that Orwell describes, everyone is under complete surveillance by the authorities, mainly by telescreens. The people are constantly reminded of this by the phrase "Big Brother is watching you", which is the core "truth" of the propaganda system in this state.

The purpose of this channel is not to create global chaos and panic in the streets. It is however designed to bring an awareness about the world that we now live in. A world engulfed with surveillance by a super-government state. They have created a literal World Wide Web of control using the Internet, wireless communication devices, OnStar style tracking systems and even human biochip implants.
