That PNAC thing does look a lot like fascism, but still fails to explain how the UK enabled the Bush Doctrine. Yes, their governments were complicit in the sense that the UK has rather spinelessly given in to the Bush Administration, but enabling seems like a strong statement, too strong. And, still, I am fuzzy on the idea that we were "conveniently ignoring the facts."

While criticism of the U.S. is beyond justified, you both conveniently forget how the U.K has ENABLED the Bush Doctrine for example.
To imply that there is more resistance against this doctrine in the U.K than in the U.S. is ignoring the facts! How so? What, may I ask, are the facts? |

I am confused as to why you are confused that I am confused by your statements. But seriously, it is not the article, but more holistic than that. I don't understand the entire viewpoint you've been espousing since you mentioned that Bhutto said we should include 'radical voices' in the political process.
