Name: Heather
I am an upper division Biological Anthropology major. My main focus as of late has been osteology/genetics, but I love all science and hope to make videos on all forms. Let me know what you would like to see a video on science-wise and I will see what I can do!

A secular world is a sane world
Humans are animals as well as apes: a scientific classification applied by none other than Carrolus Linnaeus (a devout Christian. Charels Darwin was also very religious... he even went to school strictly for religion. (1 week ago)

Why do we want our Gods to die a bloody death?
Many eastern cultures include red as the color of life and white as the color of death (which is mainly linked to flesh color during life and after death). (1 week ago)

It is often suggested by cultural anthropologists that blood sarifice is a means for humans to be fufilled. Blood is often reveared as the symbol of life. In some south American cultures, blood sacrifice was considered honorable, and it was not extremely uncommon for preists to eat the flesh of sacrificial victims. Such acts were portrayed as consumming their essence more than flesh for sustinance. It is not uncommon to hear an anthropologist say blood sacrifice is largely symolic of life/death. (1 week ago)

The REAL Kent Hovind
Nothing he says is true. If you even do a quick Google search you will be able to see that. Like Mims, was never even hired for the position. Because he didn't get the job he claimed discrimination and when he was offered free legal support for the case, he declined! (3 weeks ago)

A little Debate
Those are philisophical questions. Biological question would be why do I look different from everyone else, how does my body work, how did it come about, why is life itself so diverse (evolution), how did all of life get here (abiogenisis), what happens to the body post morterm?" (3 weeks ago)
