parkour and free running are about as different as snowboarding and skateboarding

freerunning is easier, its flips and tricks, basically gymnastics on the streets to show off

parkour is hard,involves stamina courage, strength ect.

parkour is getting from a to b as quick as possible only using your body, it means journeying in french, as since backflips wallruns ect. slow you down they are in now way related to parkour
