Yeah FS2Crew. Can't answer you other question as i haven't actually used the interactions for KLM Missions yet as FS2Crew is default until i learn the cold start procedures :)

Overclock. It's running at 3GHz on air cooling.

Check the Intel site. I think 550W is the recommended minimum. You can set to very high at 2.4ghz but you'll get lag at low level and airports.
