Hey man, making broad judgments over whether production companies will "jump ship" seems pointless when both Microsoft and HP have decided on HDDVD. Just saying that Microsoft isn't one to go back on a decision.

Well I have a new computer, nearly top of the range. When playing off the hard drive, bluray seems to skip when there's a lot going on the screen, but HD-DVD is perfect. Maybe it's my hardware combination, or just one of those things, but I've noticed it!
