My name is Bryan Iehl and I am a 32 year old divorced father dealing with the discrimination of the Iowa judicial system. I have a BS in Management of Information Systems (MIS) from Hamilton College. I've been divorced for several years and have been unable to get Iowa judicial system to enforce the divorce decree uniformly and according to Iowa statute.

Sadly, the problems that I have experienced are widespread and the norm in Iowa. Most of the problems stem from lack of legislative involvement, uneducated or biased judges, monetary benefits to the Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS) and Child Support Recovery Unit (CSRU) offered by the federal government through Title 42 U.S.C. § 666, and corrupt attorneys who create friction or conflict for monetary benefit. These continuous legal battles are not in the best interest of our children!
