(Here is some info about myself, my personal view of this world, my study and my hobbies, if anyone is interested:). It's a long story to read, but just skip the parts that don't matter ^^.)

My name is Nick, I´m 20 years old and I have two great parents, which gave me a very positive, openminded and loving upbringing.

I really like a lot of things to do and don't have any special likes and dislikes, but I like sports, science, movies, music, partying, girls, gaming, philosophy, overthinking, reading, family, friends and many more. My health, physical shape and appearance are very important things for me. My belief is that if you are and look fit, you FEEL fit and that is the most important thing.

I'm single, since I haven't met my dreamwoman (well, I'm realistic though ;) ) yet, but if there are intelligent, beautiful and positive women out there, just send me a message :). And if you are not.. but something else, just send me a message too! I'd like contact with several people.

My home is in the Netherlands, Holland. Great country, but in recent years political figures are really doing a 'great' job at breaking down our free Dutch society wherever and whenever they can (Christian politics? Communists/socialist extremists?) and they think it is justified.

I really hate violence, war and the fact that many people are still uneducated (and thus in poverty). This bad education is a major contribute to social degredation and the falsehood of many dangerous Theïstic Religions. You can consider me an Agnostic Atheïst, or maybe an Agnostic Deïst, though I don't like trying to give it a name and put myself in one of those 'boxes'. I really am not part of the atheistyoutube-community as they are called, but I respect everyone who tries to think for themselves and is openminded to a certain degree. I can perfectly think for myself and you should always try that yourself too:).

I'm studying Biomedical Sciences at the University of Utrecht. It's a tough study, focussed on hardcore biomedical research within the lab on several diseases, how they develop and what we can do to fight them. My goal is to get my Masters-degree as soon as possible and try getting myself into longevity-research, the search for expanding (and of course improving!) our lives as humans, for I think aging (and age-related diseases) is the most cruel and deadly disease we humans suffer from.. And we ALL die of it at the end! For now at least:). I call myself a (mild-)transhumanist, which I have an intromovie about within my favorites (See to the right here, to watch it!), though I think we need some limits to what we humans should do to 'improve' ourselves until we know more about the world/universe (think of uploading your mind to a computer and get rid of your biological neurons).
