I tried gajar ka halwa = turned out awesome
I tried ras malai = was good as well

Navratan Korma = was really liked by all

mrs manjula, my roti do not bubble or puff up. Do you use self rising flour? I use cast iron and test with drops of water, so i know the heat is ok. Please help!!! Thank you
