hey im 16 i am currently on a work out
i am useing dunbells 17kg and bench presses of 40kg take or give a few
doing 9 sets of 10 a day

i have been doing them for arround a year but i am noticeing no differance in body change

just being able to lift more looking the same

and my chest has puffed out a bit but layer of flab over it i need help plz?

any tips?

Hey, i think you should really consider making a video on how to preform the correct way to squat. I see so many videos on youtube and everyone is trying to convince people that their way is the right way.
