I will need all the help I can get with this next video to show the average youtuber what this all means. I wanted to keep people posted on the situation and believe it is a lot worse then people think. I have had some help go over all that is going on with this and have been evaluating what this really means and how it can effect you.
We need to keep this momentum going, because they are hoping people will just lose interest and move on, but this is not the time to stop. We need to keep contacting the judges office even more and we also need to have google / youtube appeal this horrible decision. Here is the Judges info:

As an interesting aside, CBS announced that YouTube has not harmed them at all and has actually increased their viewership making this lawsuit even more outrageous.
"Analysts have long been saying that YouTube is a gift for the TV networks: now we have the stats to prove it. CBS announced today that viewers are flocking to their TV shows after seeing the clips on YouTube. "Letterman" has gained 5 percent (or 200,000 new viewers), while "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" is up 7 percent (or 100,000 viewers) since the CBS YouTube channel debuted a month ago. They've uploaded 300 clips so far, which have averaged 857,000 views per day in total - that's 29.2 million views on YouTube this month. It's also worth noting that YouTube takes that content to millions of viewers outside of the US who can't access CBS normally - if we could measure the channel's global influence and recognition, I'm sure that will have increased dramatically. CBS has three of the top 25 Most Viewed videos this month, and they have 9 of the Most Viewed videos today (let's hope they're not gaming YouTube!). What's more, they've got nearly 22,000 subscribers."
In an Adage article, CBS CEO David Poltrack state: "When you have something the public really wants, the economic value in that is to come up with a way to satisfy the rights holders and serve the consumers." That's a lesson that some media companies have been slow to learn."
He also said " YouTube has yet to do anything to adversely affect his network's programming."
Almost everyone knows the story of David VS Goliath, yes in the original story David Beats Goliath. I am at least glad people know the story. As I have posted a couple of times in the comments section, "even though in the original story, David Does beat goliath, I would rather be Goliath in the courtroom any day of the week." In the courtroom Goliath almost always wins.

I have been working the bugs out of our hydrogen system on the Ford Escort. Just this last Thursday morning I finished making modifications and since then everything has been working well. The system automatically pumps water in and automatically drains water from the water trap while on the road. The car is running smoothly and has a lot of power. We will soon start building kits and will continue to test our designs. Recently, I had to ask myself what is gasoline? Gasoline is a blend of hydrocarbons C11H24 - C7H16. So, gasoline is just hydrogen with molecular bonds to carbon atoms and it produces about an equal amount of water as it burns. Hydrogen is clean burning because it does not have any carbon in it and it only produces water vapor when it burns. I have been concerned about the effects of water vapor on the engine and exhaust system however every hydrocarbon fuel that we burn already produces water vapor and unburned hydrocarbon emissions. So, I have stopped worrying and continue to drive 370 miles each week with the hydrogen generators turned on. I have also discovered that sugar has everything that we need to make gasoline and other hydrocarbons like propane C3H8, Butane C4H10, or hexane C6H12. Vinegar is C2H4O2 but remove the oxygen and you get C2H4 which is highly combustable Ethylene gas. It is all a chemistry problem with fantastic results that can power our cars when oil runs out. This is the first chronological compilation of Shylah. Since there is now an archive of 2 years worth of video, I can do this type of movie editing. It takes a bit more effort than the other stuff I been doing, but it's worth it.
Shylah is the cybernetic baby and this was one of the creative visions from the time she was born. Ahh, the long term plans. Memories of life in fast forward. It must be sort of how the omniscient God would see things. What do you think? NOTE: most of this is in English, captured in New York state. Some of the speaking is in Hebrew though. Be creative! In the video I gave the example of a person who did the first vlog while drinking a cup of coffee. How about someone who did the first driving vlog? Or the first person who captured a fart on video?
Come up with a good FIRST and I will compile a list of the best!
I'll give you an example of something I pioneered - I did youtube's first ever NAKED VLOG! Yes its all the rage now. But I did it first in 2006. And one month after that, I also did the first ever BATHTUB vlog which is also being copied by everyone and their cousin. In fact, it is the standard of that channel Vlogolution, who stole it from me!
