I woke up at 8:30 this morning and went to the gym for a little "How Out of Shape am I test". Rather than describing how out of shape I am, I'll just tell you I ran a 9 minute mile. This is going to be a long to October 12th, when I run 26.2 miles at the Chicago Marathon.
