I've taken off all of my videos. Now all I'm going to do with this page is use it for tips on fitness and what not. Anyone man or woman that is wanting to change their lives and would like a lil help or motivation drop me a line. Most of my friends on here have seen the videos I did have up and they say they where ok. I'm not saying I'm a buff or anything i just know how hard it is to keep going and feel like ur going nowhere.
