im trying to buy the building that im going to open the shop in... it's a 2 resident building, and both zoned C1, so ill rent 1 side to pay the mortgage, and then i just have to pay my gas/elect, and property taxes yearly. ill be sure to do a video once i get the building, and start turning it into a tattoo shop
