A religion is neurotic when it separates people from, rather than strengthening their attachment to, fellow human beings.

A religion is neurotic when it impoverishes your life rather than making it abundant.

A religion is neurotic when it appeals more to your fears and cowardice than it does to your love and courage.

Organised religion is a persistent evil in our society. It's dangerous and leads to bigotry, dogmatism, indoctrination, elitism, and is solely responsible for more wars, death, suffering and hatred than any other ideology ever invented. And if all that IS the work of a God, and I'm the one that is still considered immoral by him, I'm actually proud to say I'd be going to hell.

"National Socialism" was an oxymoron created by Hitler to gain approval of both sides of the political spectrum in a time where Germany was in desperate need of reform. It's convenient how you can distance yourself from extremists who manipulate or reinterpret your dogmatic ideology by saying "well he wasn't a REAL Christian." He was a Christian in as much as he was raised Roman Catholic, by a deeply religious family, and constantly praised his own Christian heritage - both in and out of rhetoric propaganda. Incidentally, I never used Hitler's Christianity as a method of highlighting the cruelty of religion. Of course that claim has no substance. I used it merely to refute another cretin's idiotic comment. ...And you have a very warped perspective of history, my friend.
	maxtube22 \| 22 June 2008 Hitler wasn't a Christian, do you actually believe that lie? he was a hard core occultist, he knew he had to get some lapse Christian's supporting him though so at times he would use some terminology to appeal to lapse Christians only. He was a racist Arian occultist and socialist. The only reason he didn't get in league with Stalin is that he only wanted his socialist state for Aryans only and the Russian socialists he did not consider Aryan. You don't know what true Christianity even is if you are so deluded to think Hitler was a Christian.
