	mark456m\| 14 January 2008 Corbett, you are a disgrace. Anyway, why is it you EU-philes are so desperate to avoid referendums? Anyway, the Lords will stop the Fourth Reich (EU) treaty as they want a proper debate (YEAH!). Legislative powers belong exclusively with national parliaments.
