It completely agree; John McCain's warmongering tactics need to be stopped. I can't wait to see the results of Obama's trip abroad; I hope it brings out the foreign policy chops in him. I couldn't read all of your Spanish [Just guessing; I picked up a little bit from here and there], but it made me think of picking a President as something like making the best out of a marriage. Now, I readily admit i don't know much about his plan. But I would hope that what Barack means to do is to provide churches with funds to help alleviate poverty. I don't really see that as welfare for the churches, necessarily, although I have to admit, with all those sex scandals, they're going to need some serious money. Irregardless, I think Obama's more centrist positions will be moderated by a Democratic and progressive Congress. He's going to be a lot better than John McCain, at least. What do you say to those who question Obama's foreign policy capabilities? -TZZ |

You previously commented on a video, saying that you disliked Obama's stance on faith-based initiatives. I just wanted to mention that he's not condoning the churches; what he's saying is that we should get people of faith involved in helping out the poor too. To be honest, I don't see a place for faith in the government either, but I think that Obama's just trying to bring everyone together so we can solve the problem of poverty together. Anyway.
