Prophet Muhammad's(PBUH) last sermon:

"O People, listen to me in earnest, worship ALLAH, say your five daily prayers (Salah), fast during the month of Ramadan, and give your wealth in Zakat. Perform Hajj if you can afford to.

All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not, therefore, do injustice to yourselves."

Quran 5:69 Lo! those who believe, and those who are Jews, and Sabaeans, and Christians - Whosoever believeth in Allah and the Last Day and doeth right - there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve."

Allah is the name of God and is genderless and does not mean anything more then simply "the (al) God (ilah)" making "the one to be worshiped"

In the same way Muslims say la ilaha ilallah
(There is no ilah but allah"

Allah is used by millions of Arabic speaking Christians and Jews referring to the God of Abraham and Moses.

Some people claim that Allah is a moon god but in Islam if one reads, its absolutely uncorroborated and denied as well, since not only did God create the moon nowhere does God say worship the moon... or the moon is in some way holy.

	ragman2008 \| 17 July 2008 islam is fastest growing does not mean the beauty of your religion I refers to the huge population and the demographies you people change in every western country by bringing hoardes of families, living on welfare of taxpayers and have 4 kids and 4 wives... Please, try to take cnn's point made as a matter pf pun they're not crediting Islam for its fast growth!

	megamarsvin \| 03 July 2008 "Debates and criticism is better based on facts, so that minorities will be respected among your communities." I agree that it's not fair to make jokes at the expense of other cultures. But I will also state that this is the real world. You can't expect people to always treat you with the utmost respect. I'm sure there are many Arab jokes about dumb 'westerners' too. My point is that in the case of the Danish cartoon the response was completely out of whack with the offense. If I cause you offense does that give you the right to burn my house down, kill my people? What if your customs are offensive to me (with all due respect some are) can I burn your house down too? Mutual respect is a good thing but we can't start a fight every time one person breaks that trust.

I know you try to make people see the truth but it just seems like so many are just playing with you and it's such a shame. I like your "go green" icon and brother I have replaced all of the light bulbs in my house with CFL's. If they don't look right just put a little gold craft paint on them to get the desired brightness. May Allah bless you and your dear family always.

RE: I agree there are some basic issues that need to be overcome to reach a stable situation for the near at least and hopefully distant future as well but as it is already known the basic issues that are disputed are crucial to peace and mutual respect and a return to peace but only time will tell what will happen and i hope more people are able to discus issues as you do Spectator and i respect that. :)

	Spectator619 \| 26 June 2008 Well the whole point behind the negotiation of the West Bank is that if a Palestinian state will officially form its airports would be open. Also one of the issues with Olmert and Abbas is that Abbas is willing to let Israel have blocks of settlements near the WB border if the same amount of land mass within Israel is given to form a connection between Gaza and the West Bank. The situation you're describing is the situation that there is now...if a state of Palestine is negotiated, the things you mentioned that you said would remain the same, are actually the things that would change. There are 2 things that Israeli leadership would be very non-negoitable on that's the right of return and Jerusalem. About the West Bank though the leadership seems willing to pull out of the WB. But with the corruption with Olmert and the election we have to wait and see what happens.
