I wonder. What did god tell you? As your experience seems plosible and logical I wonder whether you could clarify on what you were told and what happened.
I would also like you, if you could pleas, to be a bit more courdious to those who respond to your vids as to be a bit more christ like. |

im not trying to prove mormonism is true. from an outside view i dont understand how people can see newly uncovered artifacts that are convincingly FOR the mormon cause and just classify them as "huh interesting, mormons are still false though". imo people should seek all truth, and not just the truth that comes out of the pastor they pay to tell it.

great videos. jandrew i can see where you are coming from. those are great questions. im not going to attempt to answer your questions or anything but i do have some ideas that i have come up with.
the fact that they continuously uncover artifacts makes talmages statements and sopers finds irrelevant. both of those guys are long gone yet we continue to find similar artifacts all the time. in more places than just michigan. why dont people accept them and change their views on ancient america? simple word, change. people just cant do it. "experts" on the subject build their lifes and careers around this work and to have something pop up that would threaten their views would be readily discredited. they are the "authorities" and have the final word. im sure you can understand how this simple human nature could effect new archaeological finds. that video on wayne may seems like a good example of things found recently. |

Art, In your videos you cite the religious significance of the Michigan artifacts as the motivation for scholars to reject these articles as authentic. I have two questions for you regarding this:
1. What was James E Talmages motivation for rejecting these articles as fraudulent? 2. Daniel E Soper, who confessed to being a producer of false relics and artifacts was the one who "found" the overwhelming majority of these artifacts,at great personal gain. Does his lack of credibility destroy the credibility of the artifacts? |

Just wanted to thank you Art for posting/making the videos you have up. Two of them seriously helped my research on the Native Indian artifacts. Lined up with my research on the topics.
Can't say thanks enough. |

In answer to the two comments above, I marvel that these represent two accusations, both of which I am not guilty. I never have said that the way to belief is signs and wonders. The way to faith is a desire to know the truth from God and then inquiring for the truth from God. "No man knoweth the things of God, but by the spirit of God." Paul. Regarding "evil scientists". Noah's flood, according to Josephus, was recorded in many histories, not just the Jews, but to conclude that the Jews borrowed from these is just not accurate. Moses wrote the first five books in which this account in the Bible is found, and its authenticity and accuracy cannot be doubted by me, having seen for myself in visions and revelations of the Lord, which scientists deny. Therefore I know they are liars by my own experience. Darwinism is false, saith the Lord.

I agree that "science" has a very limited world view and that the theory of evolution is full of holes; that is where my agreement with you ends. It seems that a messiah complex has driven you to hold a similarly limited world view to that of the "evil scientists." I suggest you research the multitude of other withheld ancient archeological finds before declaring Mormon's the rightful keepers of truth. For instance, there are many other myths about a "Noah" figure in various ancient cultures so for you to hold up a slate with pictures of people and animals getting into a boat and declare it a biblical proof laughable. Unless you are prepared to demostrate that you can read the "Aadmic" language on the tablets you will appear as foolish as "evil" scientists and hold even less credibility. I suggest you show some of that "Christian humility" I hear so much talk about but never see.
