Re Islam: it blames its flaws on others ("projection", in psychology). It steals credit, attacks everyone then plays the victim; its OWN text is corrupt per ahadith; it sanctions rape, murder, theft of infidels. The last Suras (2-9) abrogate most of the 'nice' ayahs.

Allah's not even paid for sin: a dog, unworthy of receiving justice? Qu'ran's spiritual provisions are inferior, i.e., Muslims go UNDER earth @death. Anti-semitism=Islam's heart, violates Genesis 12. So moi, a Hapless Bible student of the original-language texts. I've been a student of Bible for 35 years (though time-in-grade is no indication of quality/maturity). Post-salvation objective is to mature spiritually, which you do by using 1 John 1:9 as needed +LEARN and LIVE on BIBLE (it's not religion but getting GOD's Thinking living in your head), Eph4:11-16's Greek (objective is stated in :13), 3:15-19, 2Pet3:18, 1Cor2 (well, all of 1 Cor is on His Head getting in your head), due to Isaiah 53:10-11 (LXX verbs). You must study UNDER A PASTOR (male only) or your spiritual growth will arrest. "Right pastor" is a personal matching Holy Spirit makes, and it might change as you progress/ retrogress (indicated by "haphe" in Greek of Eph4:16). ______________________________ ____ 3. Yes, Rapture is valid doctrine, but for reasons other than usually taught: God grants time on a CONTINGENT basis since Adam, and Jewish time grants RAN OUT. So the covenant UPGRADED to spiritual intimacy in Christ. Music: Focus: big-picture, comprehensive salv and post-salvation life explanation, w/emphasis on believer's Royal Spiritual Maturation vis a vis God's Orchestration of Time (i.e., how God blesses world by our mere learning Him, not by works).
Books: BIBLE BIBLE BIBLE. In the original-language texts it's Divinely witty, profound, easy to understand, remember, prove true. Translations render Bible contradictory, boring, legalistic, stupid; so I recommend BibleWorks from BibleWorks.com. For Arabic Qu'ran study, I use openburhan.net, Project Rootlist and transliteration search engine (both at islamcity); and, some folks who speak Arabic at faithfreedom +All Brain's freefaith forums. (Islamic forums are hitlerian, parrotting, shallow: can't learn anything there.)

And you reversed what you read in my comments, which in part agreed with you. So you need 1Jn1:9 badly. I don't know why you reversed what you read, maybe you're tired. In the brainout-made Advanced videos is a summary video on how God Orchestrates Time, and it's the thesis and PRECEDENCE for Rapture. God designed time since Adam's fall in 4106BC to run in contingent 490-year increments. Daniel 9 is but one accounting instance of this underlying construct (though with prophetic value): God shows how He justifies another 490-year grant (enough time so Messiah can be born and save it, despite apostacy). Interspersed are 70- year and 50-year voting periods to 'intercalate' to a larger time unit of 1000 (+50) years (490+70+490=1000+50). The Descriptions for the Advanced videos' 'How God Orchestrates Time' and 'The New Covenant' have the urls backing up these claims.

This data is all in Bible, is NOT 'bible codes' nonsense, but rather a doctrine of conditions for history's continuance. Rapture is just an application of it, precedented in Adam, timeline reset to the Last Adam.

Please be skeptical and test this entire idea thoroughly. It won't become mainstream theology for another century or so, I'm sure: pastors are only now beginning to realize the 490-year increment in Daniel 9 is indicative of an entire Bible dating system, and they're still benchmarking it incorrectly. Will probably take them 100 years to prove out Bible's timeline (see my GeneYrs(dot)xls spreadsheet).
