My particular passion is for the 1920's, 30's and 40's - every aspect of those decades, but particularly the music, film, art, and clothing styles. I program a weekly radio program from CITR 101.9 FM in Vancouver, British Columbia www.citr.ca
(Thursdays 10 am pacific time). The show features jazz, swing and popular music from 1925 - 1950.

I'm currently separated from my wife, but not especially embittered by that.

Interests and Hobbies: History, computers, soccer, baseball, cultures and anthropology, the sea, hunting, fishing, the company of women and the congress of men. My lodge bretheren, eating and drinking well,loving and living well. I fly fish, collect and wear vintage clothing from the 30's-50's, I love old cars (30's/40's Cadillacs & Buicks), useable antiques and oral histories. I have a radio show on CiTR 101.9 FM that celebrates music from 1925-1950.
Films and Shows: Classic Hollywood: silents to the late 40s Film Noir, Akira Kurosawa, Frederico Fellini, WB musicals from the 30's, silents, repetory cinema. TV is for the birds.
Music: Hot Jazz, Swing, early (1940's-50's) R&B, 70s-80s Punk, Goth, Industrial, Opera, Classical, Rockabilly and trad. Country (Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, George Jones).
Books: "In Search Of Lost Time" by Marcel Proust, poetry anthologies, the ancient Romans, espec. Catullus.
