Now IWC 81 nations, 33 admit whaling.　Nations where catching as FOOD are Russia, Japan, Norway, Iceland, Fellow Islands (Denmark) etc.　USA is anti-whaler although it is catching endangering whales ( USA doesn't admit Alaska is USA ← Viva's opinion ).　Canada who catches whales already quit IWC.
