Alan at Wuben. He reached out to me and wants me to test their new 4x model.
And I'm kind of excited about it.
I'm a flashlight nerd. I already have a Fenix, Lumintop, Acebeam, Royvon, and many more.
I own a RovyVon Aurora A3s (the older model) and I love it as an EDC. They have helped me many times when I've had to walk through the forest in the dark or when I've been driving an excavator and the work lights have gone out (but the job has to be done, my old job). I've also used my EDC flashlights when looking for pets that have run away. With great success.
I've learned the hard way. When it's dark, a good flashlight is more useful than a knife.
By stumbling and falling and falling into holes I couldn't see. I've hurt myself too many times in the dark.
And after I fell off a truck scale and hit my face on the frozen ground. Because I couldn't see where the edge was in the dark.
I always carry an EDC flashlight, especially in the winter.
So now I have, as a tradition of getting my self a new EDC flashlight every winter.
Last year it was an AceBeam.
What I wanted to get at is, do you think Wuben is a good brand?
I've never seen a Wuben in real life, let alone tried one.
If I accept Wuben's offer, there will be a link where you can get at least a 20% discount, maybe more.
Let me know what you guys think. Is this a good thing ?
