i didn't like the 5th movie as much...
as a movie person i'd say it was VERY VERY VERY VERY well filmed!
And they do some awesome things towards the end of the film :D

But as a reader id say the movie was SOOOOOOOO slack!!!
they missed out SOOOO many important parts that all add to the way harry ticks. like ron being a prefect and the quiditge(sp?) stuff....

but yeah.....
