Thank you so much for that video, even tho it left me in tears, I now realize that my 3 year old daughter has to be in a different seat. She also is over 40 lbs and is tall. I couldn't find any seats that fit her comfortably and that are in my budget but now I realize I need to find one.

Thank you for sharing your tragic experience and your love for kids everywhere with us. My 9 year old is small for his age and was so excited the other day when found out that, by law, he doesn't even need to be in a booster anymore. NJ law is they must be in a booster UNTIL 80 lbs. or age 8. My 9 year old is still under 60 lbs.

Thanks to you he'll probably be disappointed but he's about to find himself in a BRITAX!

Thank you for your video. I was just planning to move my 3 1/2 year old into a booster seat with regular seat belt. Not now. I will keep him in his 5 point harness as long as possible!
