Playlists
The St. Louis region is among the areas being hard hit by the mortgage crisis with more foreclosure than the national average. Individuals, families, neighborhoods and businesses throughout our community will feel the devastating effects. But many people can be helped if they know where to turn for trusted information.

Channel 9 has been joined by the United Way of Greater St. Louis and numerous nonprofit organizations throughout our region to connect people with trusted information and free services. Many foreclosures can be prevented by taking the right steps at the right time.

DTV Transition 7 Videos
On February 17, 2009, the nation will complete its move from analog television to a new way of broadcasting called DTV (Digital Television). Television stations must begin broadcasting exclusively in a digital format when this transition takes place. Digital television (DTV) provides higher-quality pictures and audio than analog as well as more programming choices than ever before.

Still have questions? KETC is here to help. We've compiled a playlist of DTV videos to help you prepare for the big switch. And you can visit our DTV Blog: http://ketcdtv.wordpress.com/

Thru the power of prayer, there is always a corporation or a rich family that might donate to KETC Channel 9. Each morning, I say a prayer, in hoping that PBS always gets support. Thanks to KETC Channel 9 here in St. Louis, cable stations are begining to follow suit in creating educational shows. So what I am doing and always will do is to continue my support to PBS television and KETC Channel 9 thru the power of prayer. God Bless Channel 9 for all of these great shows you put together, teaching us viewers the history of St. Louis, and other things. Stay safe everyone!

Well, you just won yourself a friend invite and a subscription. Eventhough that I can't afford to be Channel 9 member, but with the power of YouTube, I can be even more of a viewer of Channel 9. Jim, you have such kind words in your narration on some of the channel 9 films.
