Is that Siegfried horn call you playing? I'm assuming it is. In which case, what make/model is your instrument? It's an interesting sound - not too hard but not overly mellow. I need a new horn at the moment and I'm asking around. (:

WOW you are an insperation! im Amber and iv been playing the french horn for 5 years and im in the 10th grade. That is some great tone you have iv just gotton to where i can tune myself by ear and i think i sound better and i practis on a reg. basses but do you have any tips on how to improve tone?? i will have some vid's on her and i would really love some constructive criticism if you don't mind! please reply soon Amber

Excuse me, but i don't like it when someone tells me what i should and should'nt play. Yes, i have a private teacher, and he told me the trumpet helps my horn playing. It is not a horrible instrument, thank you very much.
