A: Yes.. it very much does!

Q: Where can I get all the characters, stages, lifebars, etc for MUGEN?
A: Goto (http://mugen-wiki.com/site/da tabase:start) For links to where everything is originally hosted. And this will not lea you to a warehouse site.

Q: What is a warehouse?
A: A Warehouse is a site where mugen creations are hosted without the authors permission. In short, it can and will get you into a lot of trouble in the community. Your better off getting it from the original site where everything is up to date. If they're offline than simply request them in the MUGEN forums, simple.

Q: Where are the forums and mugen communities located?
