i love gymnastics it is my passion
PLEASE READ AND PLEASE GIVE ADVICE
well on the 11th of February i was doing a routine and i was supposed to do a simple dive roll...i ran and punched but i kinda was going for a punch front in the middle i tried to fix it and i dont really know what happened and CRACK i broke my elbow the inside knob broke OFF and the next friday i got surgery and they put 2 pins in and they were in for 6 week i got a cast off and im doing physical therapy for 6 week. i cant move my arm right now my arm is tight and my arm is so stiff and im really scared im going to lose all my skills because it has already been 2-3 months and now six more weeks till im back and i dont want to to repeat a leval WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!:(HELP!!!

YESTERDAY MAY 28 WAS MY FIRST DAY BACK IN THE GYM I KINDA SUCK BUT I GOT MY TUMBLING 2 OF 3 TUMBLING PASSES BACK IN 1 PRACTICE!!!

	fondababy89 \| 29 June 2008 thats awesome. well unfortunatly im out of gymnastics now, but i do coach. i had to leave the sport after i broke my foot, it just kept getting hurt:(. i was a level 7 when i got out. i miss it so much tho. ive been back in the gym here and there, but its just not the same. word of advise...do everything the dr. tells you when you get hurt haha i didnt and look where it got me. youll have to keep me posted on how competiton is going tho! thats so exciting! good luck!

	cwgcGymnast \| 26 June 2008 I train 3 hours on tuesday every uda thursday i do 2hours and 30mins 3hours and 30mins on friday 3 hours and 30mins saturday murning and den every uda sundai we do 3 hours. an den sumtym extras on saturday too wb xxx
