G'day Bob,
I was a subscriber already when you invited me to subscribe. I would hazard a guess that YouTube didn't register it.
Anyway, great channel mate!
Thanks for sharing your demonstrable good taste.
All the best,
S'later,
Boyd.

I apologize for taking so long to respond. The record label says:
Blue Skies 20-1896-B (Irving Berlin) Wayne King and his orchestra Voical refrain by Nancy Evans. (The information I posted was by another commentor. I had origionaly asked in my description for commenters to give me details on the recording)

Thank you for subscribing! I love the ragtime/blues era and beyond. It's fun to play on the piano and there's always a new adventure waiting on youtube.

Pax 41- I can;t thank you enough for this. I've been searching for this beautiful "side" of Belle Baker's since a chance hearing of it over Syracuse WCNY radio, back in 1982...A long wait.! Are there any Belle Baker CDs? I am currently researching the old, lost B.F. Keith's Theatre of Syracuse. On January 26, 1920, Belle Baker was one of its opening night attractions. Listeign to Belle baker's sombo of strength and wistfulness, I am reminded of Noel Coward's line: "Funny how potent cheap music can be."
