Well in general terms people who build up the civilization of a certain piece of land has the ownership, this appeared in some UNESCO document If i remember correct, ring any bells anyone??. (I ll have to do a lil bit research for the citation). This idea fits almost all the countries, including the modern US civilization. So in my openion the fact that some pro LTTE text warriors claiming the rights to the land as one of their own has not much substance to it, Just another try to say the wrong thing over and over again to make it look right. All these self determination crap is in the air cos of the Kosovo declaration of independence. These guys are day dreaming.
