This is a Bike mod for Wayfarer Motorcycle in San Andreas (yes I know his legs are broken, go complain to the creator of this mod about that)
I wanted to try out the whole run around as Sonic in SA so yeah... I'm just trying to make it look like Sonic Unleashed SA style! :P
