Hey bro, I'm an Army Officer, and I can tell you with about a 3 second glace at that waterboarding video that it is fake. The measurements on the ribbons are off and he has way more facial hair than the army would allow under any circumstances. What are you trying to accomplish with this? Also, are you aware that attempting to impersonate an officer is a felony?
