definantly get her the ferret! Bandit and my dog (golden retriever) are great buddies.... sometimes partners in crime. but i dont know how well ferrets and smaller dogs would interact. Bandit isnt much trouble and is 80% litter box trained which is about as close as it comes. they really are great pets and not at all like having a rodent. little to no shedding/pretty cheap if you want it to be (pets only cost as much as you spend on them) / so funny and playful/ sleep about 16 hr a day / very easy to maintain with a bath about every month and clean their ears once a week.

they dont smell unless you bathe them too much b/c they get dry and their bodies produce more oil. so its kinda a vicious circle if you dont know why they smell and keep bathing. food is also really cheap bandit eats the walmart ferret food a box lasts about a month and costs about $4. most the ferrets you buy from pet stores are already spayed/neutered and have scent glands removed.

I have enjoyed your humor and enthusiasm for physics found in your videos for a couple of months now.
